and we pay him 650.00 for his services. When we received our audit papers from the IRS they asked us to give proof of everything on schedule A. Most of everything on schedule A was made up by our tax attorney. We stupidly signed our taxes without really checking it out. Would the tax attorney be liable for inflating and/or putting down false information on a tax return form?
