was originally filed in chapter 13 but he couldnt keep up with the payments...time went by and now is trying to purchase house. lender said he would qualify for 220k but needs to have liens released. the federal shows released, its just the washington state dept of revenue and dept of l & i still shows owing....God can someone please help us. We hired a tax attorney, but its been 2 months now and he wont return our phone calls and has nothing to report. Please Help!!!
