We paid Roni Deustch to help us with a Tax Levy, and the fee was $2650.00 and we paid $500 down and 450. monthly until paid. This is the deal, they were to get the levi stopped and we had to file back taxes, ok, well they started with all the letters coming in the mail every day we need your financials and update them well we sent the huge packet and overnighted it to them, and they had everything we own on it. nothing changed then they kept sending letters, say if we didn't get this to they were going to terminate our case. Also, then in the next sentence they would say, you need to be compliant with the IRS and get your taxes files, well to me the first thing was to get these taxes filed. And they could get their documents after. Well, they collected all their money, and just when I completed the taxes and got them filed with the IRS i began faxing to th em and they informed us they terminated the case because we didn't get them their documents. Our P*L well, you have got to be kidding me, they never negotiated with the IRS because they couldn't until we filed these taxes anyway, so what was their rush, they acted like it was life or death. Anyway, we asked them for our money back and they said no, i told the how can you keep our money you didn't do anything but harrass me while I was getting these taxes filed. And now you are keeping my husband's hard earned money, and you won't complete the case. They told us we could send a letter to this Christian Montgomery Atty, and ask for a refund. Well he was the one they told me to send a request to open our case and finish it. Well he denied us .. Who are they to deny us, they are worse than the IRs, they were supposed to be helping us. I am so upset, but as usual my husband wants me to send them this letter. Any suggestions. They are crooks, and do not use them, they told us the Tax debt my husband owed would be wiped out, but not true, they lied about everything. And the worst part took our money . I did all the work and all they did was send these stupid letters, wanting our financials,. well they they had them 10 days after we sent them the packet we got a request to send the information to them again I as wondering this whole time why all these letters, and now I know they began building a case to take our money from day one.
Oh, but they kept the case open until they got their money, that was ok, now when they got their last payment then they closed the case, Not funny at all I'm so upset, Does anyone have any ideas about what to say to these people who think they are God and can just take peoples money for nothing. down right robbed us. Now standing behind their Atty. brand ///// they the Attorneys decided to not complete your case because we didn't get them these documents in time. Whose time. They never negotiated with the IRS, they didn't do anything.
